Planning, Trip, and Now...Live in Costa Rica!!!

This is a journal of my journey from the begining, "What made you choose Costa Rica?" (the question I hear the most) to now, "Living in Costa Rica, and loving it". I started this so I would remember the process I went through making this decision, and now I write to help others decide and to keep family and friends up to date on what living here is like for me. I encourage your questions and comments. Now, as of 2010, I no longer live in CR, but visit, and will post adventures.

Yesterday, Laundry

Yesterday, March 22, I went up to the office/public area for the cabinas and did my laundry. I took photos while I was waiting. Will post them here. Upon returning back to my cabin, I had a visitor, a scorpion! Did not take a photo of it, too much in a hurry to end his life, and get him out of my cabin. I think the pups must have been napping, or I would be nursing them today... First one I have ever seen in CR. Never saw one where I use to live, think it was a little higher, and none existed there.
